District and Regional Meetings

  • District Meetings

Our District Meetings are designed to bring together funeral professionals in a relaxed and engaging environment to promote conversations and collaboration.

Attendance is limited to IFDA members, ensuring topics discussed remain relevant, confidential, and tailored to the realities of funeral service work.

Each district meeting features at least one guest speaker that provides beneficial information regarding the funeral industry, an IFDA profession-focused law update , and an enjoyable environment with trusted colleages and fellow funeral directors.

  • Regional Meetings

Our Regional Meetings are exclusive gatherings designed specifically for IFDA members, although non-members may also attend.

These meetings provide an intimate, professional setting where funeral professionals can engage in guided learning, discuss emerging trends, and collaborate with peers who share the same commitment to compassionate, high-quality funeral service.

Unlike large-scale events, these meetings offer focused, region-specific programming that addresses the unique needs and challenges of funeral professionals within each area.

Regional Meetings help keep members stay engaged throughout the year while offering additional opportunities to earn Continuing Education credits. These gatherings strengthen professional networks and provide valuable insights from fellow funeral professionals, state legislators, and endorsed partners specifically tailored to the needs of funeral service providers like you.

    What to Expect:

    • Speakers and Informative updates relevant to the funeral profession, laws, and continued support towards professional development.
    • Lessons and workshops led by experienced professionals.
    • Continuing education & insurance credits.
    • Time to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas with fellow funeral home owners.
    • The opportunity to engage with state legislators to express concerns, opinions, and thoughts during the reception.
